I was born in the City of Zurich and grew up in Maur / Greifensee. 

After my chef apprenticeship in the Widder Hotel, I have worked for over eight years as a temporary and employed chef for the Caterer Franzoli . 

After gaining  a lot of good experience in various areas of the catering business, I went back to school in Thun. I graduated with a federal diploma as Hôtelier-Restaurateur. 

Back in Zurich I started to work with Elif and Markus in the Bavarian restaurant ROSI as a chef and later during the opening and in the first year in the Turkish restaurant Gül as executive manager. 

In search of a new challenge and back to the passion for cooking and catering, Tom and I founded the company " lesdeuxchef"  in Oktober  2019.
