I was born in Munich and grew up at my parents restaurant in the south of Bavaria. After my apprenticeship as a chef at Leeberghof in Tegernsee, I started my culinary journey around the world.

Searching and gaining experience in different cultures and countries as a chef, I've found my second home in Switzerland. Today I live here  with my lovely wife and children in the outskirts of Zurich.

Just a bit over a decade, I had the great opportunity to work as a culinary director and chef for the caterer Franzoli throughout Switzerland. 

Graduating as a Master Chef, I set off again. Having arrived in a new position as a private chef, Basil and I decided  to found our own  catering company "lesdeuxchefs".

Today we work together as private chefs for families,  companies and temporary restaurants.
